Welcome to AVEYAH Ventures.
This orientation manual has been carefully designed to ensure you experience a smooth transition into our organization. It is intended to help you understand who we are, what we do, and the culture that drives our business.
Your orientation program will be delivered over the course of one week. We understand that settling into a new role takes time, so the onboarding and training process has been structured into different parts and sessions to make learning easier and more engaging without overwhelming you.
Your orientation is delivered mainly in the following parts:
PART 1 - Company Orientation:
In this session, you will learn about:
a. AVEYAH Ventures as a Company
b. What we do, and what we stand for
c. Our brands and business structure
d. Our Vision and Mission
e. Our Core Values
f. How every role contributes to the bigger picture.
This section to give you a solid understanding of the organization and help you align with our goals and culture.
PART 2 - Work Induction:
Working at AVEYAH Ventures is designed to be both productive and enjoyable.
For many team members, this may be their first experience in a professional business environment. This session will therefore introduce you to:
a. Workplace culture and expectations
b. Professional conduct and communication
c. Team collaboration
e. Office ethics and positive work habits
f. How to thrive within our work environment
Our goal is to help you settle comfortably into daily work life and build confidence in your role.
PART 3 - Work Training:
During this training, you will learn:
a. The tools and systems we use
b. How to effectively use these tools in your daily tasks
c. Best practices for productivity and performance
d. Practical workflows relevant to your position
You will have enough time to practice and become familiar with these tools. We encourage you to stay focused, complete all assigned training sessions promptly, and avoid leaving any tasks unattended, as this may affect your future performance.
Please note that there may be slight adjustments or additions to the onboarding structure based on management directives and organizational needs. Our primary goal is to ensure that you onboard gracefully and successfully into your role.
