Welcome to Novateur™.
This orientation manual is designed to ensure you have a smooth transition into our organisation. We have designed it with you in mind so you can get to know us, our business, and our culture better. Your orientation course is delivered within an entire week, and we know it could take a while for you to fully acquaint yourself and get onboard into your role. Hence, your orientation and training is delivered over the course of several parts and sessions so we do not overwhelm you.
Your orientation is delivered mainly in the following parts:
PART 1 - Company Orientation:
Here, you will learn all about Our Company, What we do, and What we stand for. You will also learn about Our Brands, Vision, Mission, Core Values, and how everything connects to the bigger picture.
PART 2 - Work Induction
Working at Novateur™ is great. We want you to have a good time everyday at work. For some, this is a first attempt at a job in a business facing environment. Hence, it’s important that you learn all about work life, and working positively in our office environment.
PART 3 - Work Training
This is the practical side of why you were employed here. You will also learn about the tools we use for work and how to use them to your best advantage. Don’t worry, you will have ample time to practice with these tools and be perfect at using them. A word of advice here is to focus on ensuring you understand and complete all trainings in ample time. Don’t leave anything unattended as it could affect your future performance.
There may be slight additions to the scheme however We want you to onboard gracefully and the scope could change based on management’s instructions.
We advice that you participate fully, take notes, and ask many questions. Fully participating will gear you towards an enjoyable time at work.
